We have three different sizes: 5'X10', 10'X10', and 10'X20'.

Do I need an appointment to view the facility and different spaces?
We recommend that you call ahead, but you can visit us without an appointment during office hours.
Have your facilities ever flooded?
None of our facilities have ever flooded.
What do I need to bring with me when I rent a space?
A current government-issued photo ID, current address and phone number.
Can I sign a lease for/with my friend or relative?
Unless you have proof that you are either the legal guardian of an individual or an authorized agent for a business, only the tenant may sign the lease.
What if I need more or less space after I move in?
We are happy to assist you in adjusting for your needs.
Will anyone else have access to my space?
No. When you rent a space, you may purchase a brand-new lock at our office, and only you have the key.
If I lose my key, can you help me get into my space?
No. You will have to have the lock removed by a professional locksmith.
